The process for investigations can take 30 days or more. We will not take any decision or give any refund (if applicable) until the carrier and the 3rd party company finish their investigations and reports. H igh-value products (Printers and shakers) will have Insurance Protection and will be activated with our 3rd party company when needed. If the customer decline (unselect) the Insurance Protection at checkout, no coverage will be given for damaged or lost packages. If the customer doesn’t save the packaging or is unwilling to help with the claim process, no claim will be summited or refunded. If the customer purchased Insurance Protection at checkout, we will open and submit a claim. Customers must retain all damaged packaging and take pictures. Kingdom DTF is not liable for any damage that occurs in transit, but we can evaluate the issue.
